Lightweight starting weight for perfect form
At 220 cm, the Technique Barbell is the same length as a standard 20 kg Olympic barbell, but at 10 kg it weighs only half as much. This allows you to focus fully on your form for the snatch, clean and jerk, front squat and other lifts, and only move to a heavier barbell once your technique is dialled in.

Grip that won't let you down
The double knurl marking immediately shows where your hands and feet should go on every rep. The standard knurl pattern provides sufficient grip during explosive movements without chafing during longer technical sessions.

From technique barbell to full-size Olympic barbell
Once you have your grip, posture and movement under control in the snatch, clean and jerk and front squat, the Technique Barbell can be loaded up to 50 kg. This lets you gradually add weight and effortlessly progress to a full-size Olympic barbell without having to switch all at once.

Use & Application

How to use the Technique Barbell:

1. Grip the bar just outside shoulder width and use the knurl marking as a reference point.
2. Lift the bar in a controlled movement to chest height or overhead, depending on the exercise.
3. Focus on technique and form with every rep, and only add weight once your movement is consistently solid.
